Ability to hear customers, care for them

After all, photography is a service to customers. As a photographer, what you are offering is not merely the photos, but a package of service.

Therefore, you should aim at making the customers happy, and try your best to satisfy their every single need. In particular:

  • Revise the photos if customers ask politely for it. Do not insist that yours are the best
  • If they demand some odd photo style, try your best to cater for that
  • However, be realistic—tell them that what they ask for is impossible if it is the case
